John 5:24 says- “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life”
May the Lord bless each of you and keep you in his loving arms, may he comfort you today and the days to come. May he shine his light upon you and light the path that he has chosen for you.

I can truly say he was an inspirational gentleman, and I know my life and my family’s life was enrichened by his presence.

Beverly Consenza, 75 of West Pittston, passed away Tuesday January 11th, 2022 in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born in Pittston she was the daughter of the late William and Eleanor Yanchis Payne and was a graduate of Northeast High School.
Beverly was a member of Corpus Christi Parish in West Pittston.
After Highschool she attended nursing school and worked at Manor Care in Kingston.
Beverly was happily married for 56 years.  She got her love of plants from her father and enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.  Her specialty was cooking and always had a big Christmas Eve Dinner for her family.
She was preceded in death by her Husband Eugene in 2020.
Beverly is survived by her Children, Amy Thomas and her husband Jim, Lorrie Consenza, Dina Consenza, and Eugene Consenza and wife Michelle, Brother William Payne and wife Susan, Sister Karen Wordsworth and husband Jim,
Grandchildren, Matthew Thomas and wife Rebecca, Cassandra Consenza, Shelby Thomas and Fiancé' Andrew, Billy Thomas, Nephews Eric Johnston and wife Bridget and son Blake Johnston, Sister and Brother in Law Marie and Lenny Holmes.
The Funeral will be held on Friday January 14th, 2022 at 10a.m. from the Howell-Lussi Funeral Home Inc., at 509 Wyoming Avenue in West Pittston with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30a.m. in Corpus Christi Parish at 605 Luzerne Avenue
in West Pittston with Monsignor John Sempa Officiating.  Interment with the Rite of Committal will be in St. Rocco's Cemetery in Pittston Twp.  Family and Friends may call at the Funeral Home on Thursday January 13th, 2022 from 5p.m. until 7p.m.
The Family has asked that everyone attending the viewing and Mass to please wear a facial covering.
